BACK GROUND The Contractor has obtained certain facilities from the CGF and agreed to the Projects being monitored by the latter. The CGF appointed LANMDS to provide Monitoring Services for the above mentioned Projects

  • Reviewed the contract documents.
  • Assisted Contractor to prepare and establish a cost control system.
  • Co-ordinated & monitored the project activities.
  • Conduct progress review inspections.
  • Analysing of Contractors’ Bills/Claims.
  • Prepared monthly report.
  • Made necessary comments and suggestions to CGF based on the review of documents and findings made during inspections.
