SERVICE	Review the tender documents to ensure that the documents have been prepared in accordance with the project brief Assist Client in tender evaluation Assist Client to select specialized contractors Prepare & establish a cost control system Co-ordinate & monitor the project activities Contract administration Conduct progress review meetings Verification of Contractors’ Bills/Claims Prepare monthly progress report Assist in obtaining statutory certificates
